The oceanfront condos in Singer Island has a spurt of new condos built during the building boom of 2000. Singer Island probably had the most new condos built along the coast line in the past ten years. Where Jupiter and Juno Beach had just two oceanfront condos built after 2000 and Jupiter Island had none. Singer Island had some old hotels and motels that were razed and luxury oceanfront condos were built.
