Jupiter / Juno Beach Florida real estate
Season is here and it seems to be taking a turn for the buyers now. More real estate is coming on the market and buyers are holding off buying. Nice change for the buyers.
Buyers: Keep looking at property and no offer is to low. Well let's not get crazy but throw some low numbers out there and you just never know. Sure there are sellers that don't have to sell but if it's vacant and it's been on the market a while you just make catch a break.
Visit our sites and search the MLS by subdivision, zip code or city. It will pull up all the listings in that area that are available and you can sign up for automatic notification of new properties.
Juno Beach has several oceanfront condos for sale. Many are older but are priced reasonable.
There is also Juno Isles which is a great community just west of US 1 with some older style ranch homes. Great location and undervalued.
Jupiter has the Jupiter Ocean Grande, Jupiter By the Sea condos which are two of my favorites.
Olympus and Xanadu are two other single family home locations by the beach.
