Jupiter Florida real estate

Thank you for visiting my Jupiter real estate blog site. The market here in Jupiter is still falling
but price decreases are becoming smaller and many people have set a number and will not sell below that mark which is helping to support prices. I think you will see the best prices by August or September. The customers who have not sold their homes and do have to sell will be anxious to move them. People aren't giving them away. Most people own them at a good price and know the market and demand will increase soon.
So don't expect to buy a condo that is listed for $350,000 for $275,000. It's not going to happen.

I receive many calls from baby boomers looking to buy here in Jupiter and that boom is just beginning. Jupiter has many great parks, beaches and recreational activities. People will keep coming here. Once price flatten out you will see an influx of buyers buying at 2004 prices
thus causing a strengthing of the market. You won't see the double digit increases we have seen but more conservative 2 to 3% price appreciation.
