It's midweek and we are patiently awaiting the end of summer. That means cooler temperatures down here in FL and the best weather is around the corner for us.
As you can see from my market reports sales are continuing at a brisk pace for lower end properties as inventories are falling. The Bluffs townhomes are down to just two available for sale in a community of 400 plus homes. A great indicator for our market. I still see downward pressure on the $600,000 plus market which I have raised from the $500,000 number because the $500,000 range is selling.
Here is my 5 Best List for the week. I couldn't find 10 properties this week.

1) Tuscany short sale. Last two sold for $219,000 and $230,000 last month.
2) Jupiter Harbour - Newer model in gated community. Close to beach and Riverwalk .
3)Scrimshaw - Incredible Intracoastal views with your own private dock and sand beach out your door. Beautifully remodeled.
4) Valencia - Just reduced another $100,000. Has guest house/game room above the garage.
5) Ocean Royale- Incredible ocean views and a great building. Comes with pool cabana.
