Singer Island Oceanfront Condos

The oceanfront condos in Singer Island has a spurt of new condos built during the building boom of 2000. Singer Island probably had the most new condos built along the coast line in the past ten years. Where Jupiter and Juno Beach had just two oceanfront condos built after 2000 and Jupiter Island had none. Singer Island had some old hotels and motels that were razed and luxury oceanfront condos were built. Take a look at the Ritz Carlton Singer Island, The Beachfront, Resort at Singer  Island, Oasis, Oceans Edge, One Singer Island and Via Delfino. All built after 2000 and many of the condos are 3,000 sq. ft and larger. There seems to be  a large demand for luxury oceanfront condos that are bigger than many homes. Most of the condos are seasonal residents only. It seems strange that demand for large condos is increasing while homes are becoming smaller. Many of the condos have fitness centers, theaters, resort pools and many are pet friendly which was not the case in the past. With the large rise in demand for Singer Island oceanfront condos we have seen the general market prices increase dramatically. Many of the condos were under a million two years ago but with inventories levels way down and a positive look on the economy we are seeing many of the prices above a million and pushing upwards of $1,250,000 and rising from there.
